The Network, a collaborative initiative of the United Nations Office for Partnerships, the Fashion Impact Fund (PVBLIC Foundation), and the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, highlights innovative initiatives that drive positive impact and sustainable development through fashion and lifestyle. We’re honored to have our work recognized among these inspiring projects.

Our Mission

As an independent, migrant- and women-led upcycling fashion brand, founded between Berlin, Germany and Córdoba, Argentina, we’ve always believed that fashion can be a tool for positive transformation. Our mission is simple: to challenge fast fashion by giving new life to textile waste and to empower communities through DIY ethics, alternative beauty, and representation of marginalized identities.

The Role of the United Nations Fashion and Lifestyle Network

The United Nations Fashion and Lifestyle Network is an online platform hosted by the United Nations (UN). It plays a key role in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by connecting industry stakeholders, media, governments, and UN entities.

Recognizing the profound environmental, economic, and societal influence of the fashion and lifestyle industries, the UN Fashion and Lifestyle Network actively advocates for transparent, inclusive, and transformative engagement among global stakeholders.

The Network enables collaboration among industries and the UN system. It accelerates innovation, knowledge sharing, and promotes members who are driving a positive impact on sustainable development. This initiative is a collaborative effort of the United Nations Office for Partnerships, the Fashion Impact Fund—a program of PVBLIC Foundation—and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

A Broader Movement

Being part of the United Nations Fashion and Lifestyle Network connects us to a broader global movement of changemakers—from brands to governments to media—all working together to transform the fashion and lifestyle sectors in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We see this as an opportunity not only to amplify our message but also to advocate for a more circular, fair, and inclusive industry—one that values creativity, community, and climate action.

Future Contributions

Stay tuned—we’ll be sharing more about how we plan to contribute to this global conversation. Our involvement in the UN Fashion and Lifestyle Network marks a significant step forward. We are eager to engage with other members and share our insights on sustainable practices.

Conclusion

In conclusion, our journey with Therapy Recycle & Exorcise is just beginning. We are committed to making a difference in the fashion industry. By joining the United Nations Fashion and Lifestyle Network, we are not only enhancing our mission but also aligning ourselves with a global vision for sustainability.

Together, we can create a future where fashion is not just about style but also about responsibility and respect for our planet.
