COLLECTION MANIFESTO

 

DO.IT.YOURSELF was born from the aesthetic and ethic of punk: rebellion, self-sufficiency, and resistance to passive consumer culture. Inspired by the D.I.Y. philosophy — historically rooted in the 1970s punk movement — the collection reclaims the power of creating with what already exists, without relying on established systems or external validation.

Composed of 90% reused materials, each piece is handmade from vintage garments and discarded elements: old metal appliqués sourced from shoemakers in Argentina, worn belts, remnants of denim and leather. Every garment becomes an act of material and symbolic independence.

More than an aesthetic pose, DO.IT.YOURSELF is a political stance:
to create with limited means, to transform the discarded into identity, and to confront cultural numbness through authenticity.

We don’t follow rules.
We don’t accept numbness.
We don’t wait for permission.
