THERAPY Recycle and Exorcise was part of OVERHEATED Festival 2025 IN Berlin last May.

We are incredibly honored to have been part of OVERHEATED last May 9th in Berlin, the environmental activism event led by Billie Eilish and her mother Maggie Baird of Support + Feed.

The gathering brought together artists, activists, and creatives committed to climate justice and raising awareness among younger generations about the urgency of protecting our planet.

Our deepest thanks go to Samata Pattinson from @with_blackpearl, who invited us to participate in the activations and exhibition. Being included in this event was not just a proud moment for our brand—it was a reaffirmation of why we do what we do.

So what did our contribution look like?

We designed and produced a series of upcycled patches featuring Billie’s logos, environmental phrases, and symbols reflecting the spirit of OVERHEATED. These patches were made by reusing discarded fabric from pants and other garments we found on the streets of Berlin—true to our mission of rescuing and reimagining waste.

At the event, Angie performed live sewing interventions, customizing t-shirts with the patches on the spot. The shirts were either brought by attendees or donated by Armedangels. Participants could walk away with a unique, hand-altered piece—a powerful and wearable reminder of their role in shaping a more sustainable future.

We are beyond grateful for the trust placed in our work and the opportunity to contribute to OVERHEATED’s message: that a more respectful, conscious lifestyle is not only possible—it’s necessary. Events like this remind us of the power of collaboration, creativity, and direct action in the face of climate crisis.

Thanks to this participation, our collective and store RARE BERLIN is now featured in @with_blackpearl’s official Sustainable Fashion Guide for the European leg of Billie Eilish’s “HIT ME HARD AND SOFT” tour.

Our Berlin-based community store—home to four radical, sustainable, and independent fashion labels: @tatachristiane, @therapy_berlin (Therapy Recycle & Exorcise), @fadeoutlabel, and @everydaypieces—has been selected as a must-visit destination for conscious fashion lovers attending Billie’s shows in the city.

This guide is all about connecting fans with local ethical fashion alternatives that reflect Billie’s values—and ours: Upcycling over fast fashion, radical style rooted in community, and climate-conscious creativity.
